Role Description

If you’re a passionate games producer with an eye for detail and wealth of organisational experience then we want to hear from you. The ideal team member will be confident at leading a multi-disciplinary team, able to help define production processes and take control of all internal studio communication. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to bring your experience into a young and vibrant team. Creating and developing new processes to help the team flourish. You will work alongside the studio manager to maximise studio efficiency and carve a new level of product quality. You must be able to demonstrate existing leadership, organisation and games production skills.


  • Ensure the delivery of features in line with product vision, on time and to the highest quality.
  • Manage risks, resourcing, and any other production challenges proactively.
  • Manage studio communication for all team members.
  • Own and maintain the Product Backlog from initial concept through to delivery.
  • Work alongside multi-discipline teams to shape the future roadmap for our products.
  • Create, develop and implement new standards for production pipelines and processes.


Experience & Skills


  • Be versatile, professional and organised.
  • Have exceptional soft skills including communication and presentation.
  • Be focused on driving projects forward by aligning goals and people.
  • Be an expert in agile methodologies for project management.
  • Have a positive attitude and strong passion for problem solving.
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience or have released 2+ games as a producer.
  • Be Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Be willing to relocate to Dundee, UK.


Desirable Experience:

  • Have previous experience working with external contract developers.
  • Have previous experience developing PC/Console games.
  • Have previous experience using JIRA and Confluence.
